What data we process

The name, phone number, selected services, day and time, and optional note you enter in the appointment request form, plus the date and time the request was sent.

Why we process it

To review your request, confirm the time or suggest an alternative, and contact you about your appointment via WhatsApp or phone.

Legal basis

Processing necessary to establish and perform the service relationship (KVKK art. 5/2-c), and your consent regarding the contact channel.

Who receives it

Your data is never sold or shared for marketing. Appointment notifications are delivered to salon staff; when we contact you on WhatsApp, the message passes through WhatsApp (Meta) infrastructure.

How long we keep it

Appointment records are deleted automatically no later than 90 days after the appointment date. You may ask us to delete them earlier.

Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, and object to processing. Send requests to [email protected].

Cookies and data stored on your device

This site uses no tracking cookies. If you tick "Remember my details" on the appointment page, your name and phone are stored only in your own browser, are not sent to us, and can be deleted from the same page at any time.
